With a majority of Chardonnay, this 2009 reveals a magnificent mousse supported by a delicate effervescence. The bouquet stretches out around pastry notes of calisson d'Aix, pithiviers and juicy pear. The palate is homogeneous and invigorating, with a light zesty lemon edge and good length. Straightforward, just the way we like it. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a filet of St-Pierre with strawberries.
