Gault&Millau's review
The estate farms some 13 hectares in the Marne Valley, planted mainly with red grape varieties, including a high proportion of Pinot Meunier, which is treated with deference. The fifth generation is at the helm, with oenologist Jean-Marc Charpentier. Vinified mainly in vats, foudres and barrels, the wines undergo malolactic fermentation. Thanks to the meunier grape, they often develop a soft fruitiness.
