Extremely fine effervescence. The color is a deep, brilliant golden, almost straw-like. The deep, mineral nose combines a duality of ripe white and exotic fruits, with hints of pastry, especially pithivier. Elegant and majestic on the palate, it offers a lovely score with a harmonious return of ripe, gourmet fruit. This is a champagne for meals, to be paired with Bresse poultry with morel mushrooms
