Bitter orange peel, roasted and biscuity notes share the first aromas. Fresh walnut and dried fig enhance the bouquet, while riper aromas of yellow and white fruit (quince, mirabelle plum, peach) only appear with aeration. The palate is beautifully mature, underlined by elegant bubbles. There are honeyed touches of lime blossom and yellow fruit (plum, nectarine). Complexity and bitterness balance out on the finish.
