Champagne made from Chardonnay grapes from the 2009 harvest, with a deep golden color. The nose is superb, with toasty, toasted notes and some yellow-fleshed fruit. Generous and powerful on the palate, with hints of spice, toasted hazelnuts and a touch of wine. The finish is long and precise. Enjoy at the end of a meal as a digestive.
