This champagne has a golden color and a rich nose of pastries and dried fruit (apricot, pear, peach). The bubbles are still rich and crystalline. The palate is saline and mineral on a concentrated base (apricot tart and tarte tatin) and mature that retains its freshness perfectly. A gourmet wine to serve at the table.
