Candied orange, dried apricot and roasted pineapple mingle with more mentholated, even basil notes. On the palate, underneath present but not aggressive bubbles, we find a honeyed sweetness, not too coating in a precise matter, with a beautiful acidic frame that tends to disappear like a fog bank in the mountains.
