Made from the same blend as the bottle-conditioned cuvée (a base of 60% of the 2015 harvest supplemented in equal parts by the 2014 and 2013 harvests), this magnum evokes a gourmet, rich, creamy and opulent wine that will pair well with white meats with cream. It will need to be decanted to appreciate its freshness and chalky finish, which are not immediately apparent.
