Luminous in color, with hints of gold and green freshness, it releases a fine, lively bubble. Magnificent, the nose reveals aromas of citrus, white flowers, apricot, peach, coffee beans and cardamom. Supple, fruity, fine and elegant. The wine flows voluptuously onto the palate, with flavors of fruit, lemon balm and almonds, finishing with a beautiful minerality. Divine, this champagne stands on its own, but could also be enjoyed with just-snacked scallops and fresh ginger jus.
