Produced from a single parcel, waited for a long time and not measured out, this 2013 edition is surprising. Surprising are the finely woody notes that give way to mentholated notes reminiscent of After Eight. Aeration reveals scents of mirabelle plums and perfectly ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, the fullness is combined with the detached grain of the bubbles. And what length! All that's missing is lobster or a firm-fleshed fish to sublimate this champagne.
