Behind its pale, silvery hue, the nose is superbly complex, with a scent of candied lemon cake, enhanced by fresh touches of verbena and menthol. On the palate, the wine is delicate, very fine and harmonious, with melted bubbles. Great mineral length. A very high-class wine, produced in only 800 bottles. Fight to get your hands on it! Our favorite.
