Milky butteriness, yellow fruit in profusion, a very gourmand and serene environment, and a full, seductive aromatic expression. The bubbles are discreet and the greedy dosage is lacking. A voluble Champagne that definitely calls to the table, for example alongside a veal quasi with apricots.
