With its watermelon-pink color, the nose takes us by surprise: it's almost spicy (black pepper and ginger), but offers obvious potential. Soft bubbles precede an attack of black fruits (blackcurrant) on the palate, which continues to expand. A very seductive gourmet wine, spicy enough to accompany an entire meal, but which can also wait in the cellar.
