The fresh, lemony color reflects the nose, which starts out fairly closed, then opens up to small black and yellow fruits. The palate of this extra brut (2 g/l) is very suave and superbly elegant, salivating and fruity (yellow, black and exotic fruits) from the outset through to the brilliant finish, sprinkled with cake spices. A lovely wine to open at the table.
