Geoffroy
The Geoffroys have a predilection for Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with Chardonnay serving as a back-up. Their champagnes are full-bodied and vinous, thanks to the generous amount of sunshine they receive from their hillside vineyards. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. The estate is now run by five women - Margaux, Sacha, Rosalie, Colombine and Azalée. They develop parcel-based cuvées, with a special mention for "Les Houtrants", and two red "coteaux champenois". The 14-hectare vineyard has been in organic conversion since 2024.
