This ratafia is the fruit of the rosé de saignée press wine. Its beautiful red color is reminiscent of a tuilé Rivesaltes. The fresh nose precedes a palate of velvety tannins, marked by notes of morello cherries macerated in kirsch. Serve with a black forest.
