This is perhaps the most invigorating cuvée of our tasting. It's always full and generous on the palate, but the liveliness wins hands down. Whether you like it or not, and it's understandable that this house sometimes destabilizes, but for us, it's a great pleasure to let ourselves be carried away in this waltz of sensations. Bravo for taking risks.
