A beautiful rosé from maceration, with a character that is both reserved and vinous. Tones of morello cherry and wild strawberry are apparent. On the palate, it's dense, full-bodied, creamy and even silky to the touch. The sapid structure is defined by a chalky, gastronomic bubble. A fine cuvée for true rosé lovers.
