Lemon balm, star anise and fresh herbs make up this first nose, a veritable ode to freshness. This is followed by savory notes of nonettes, candied oranges, sour cream and pommes à grenier. A ripe, savory universe, completed on the palate by an aperitif-like effervescence and a chalky, finely iodized finish. A beautiful Cumières and a complexity brought by the different grape varieties that develop into persistence. We love it.
