The acidic freshness of red berries is apparent from the very first aromas. More smoky, flinty notes appear with aeration, adding complexity. On the palate, the dosage is the backbone of a round, fleshy, flattering body, with bubbles that follow the tasting through to a finish of refreshing acidity, pink grapefruit, bitter orange and red berries.

François Dubois

The adventure began with François Dubois. Born in 1764, he founded the brand in the village of Faverolles-et-Coëmy, a few kilometers from Reims. Today, Nicolas Dubois and his wife can accommodate, in their ultra-modern facilities, the harvest from their 40 ha of vines and the grapes from the 120 ha of their exclusive partners to produce 5 million bottles. A wide range of wines is produced with a commendable concern for quality and consistency. The estate is HVE certified. In 2010, the management team also acquired the Jeeper brand.
