A very pale rosé with salmon and silver hues, the wine's fine, impetuous bubbles form a tenacious cordon on the surface of the glass. The nose is fine and subtle, with notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and redcurrant. The Chardonnay speaks louder on the palate, with a delicate body and very fine bubbles. The finish lingers on a red fruit paste. A lovely aperitif champagne that can also be served with a red fruit dessert.
