Intense and complex, the nose features ripe fruit (golden apple, quince, yellow peach, greengage) and toasty notes. The attack on the palate is frank, acidic, chalky and mineral. A hint of English candy. The chardonnay's time in barrel gives it a savory, brioche-like structure. Perfect as an aperitif.

François Dubois

The adventure began with François Dubois. Born in 1764, he founded the brand in the village of Faverolles-et-Coëmy, a few kilometers from Reims. Today, Nicolas Dubois and his wife can accommodate, in their ultra-modern facilities, the harvest from their 40 ha of vines and the grapes from the 120 ha of their exclusive partners to produce 5 million bottles. A wide range of wines is produced with a commendable concern for quality and consistency. The estate is HVE certified. In 2010, the management team also acquired the Jeeper brand.
