Produced at our UVE (haute valeur environnementale) certified estate, this carefully presented cuvée has a youthful, bright greenish-yellow color. The nose expresses a fragrance of white fruit, candied citrus and brioche. Thanks to its zero dosage, the palate is frank, delicate, subtle and enticing. Perfect as an aperitif or with a seven-hour leg of lamb.

François Dubois

The adventure began with François Dubois. Born in 1764, he founded the brand in the village of Faverolles-et-Coëmy, a few kilometers from Reims. Today, Nicolas Dubois and his wife can accommodate, in their ultra-modern facilities, the harvest from their 40 ha of vines and the grapes from the 120 ha of their exclusive partners to produce 5 million bottles. A wide range of wines is produced with a commendable concern for quality and consistency. The estate is HVE3 certified. In 2010, the directors acquired the Jeeper brand.
