A lovely fruity freshness emerges from the first aromas, evoking white stone fruit, orange blossom, elderflower and lime blossom, relayed by the delicate fresh bitterness of lime zest. The latter takes over the entire palate, contributing to a sensation of intense tonicity, with pleasant green notes reminiscent of mint, tarragon and chervil. Pretty little bitters on the finish serve as a reminder and make you salivate.

The adventure began with François Dubois. Born in 1764, he founded the brand in the village of Faverolles-et-Coëmy, a few kilometers from Reims. Today, Nicolas Dubois and his wife can accommodate, in their ultra-modern facilities, the harvest from their 40 ha of vines and the grapes from the 120 ha of their exclusive partners to produce 5 million bottles. A wide range of wines is produced with a commendable concern for quality and consistency. The estate is HVE certified. In 2010, the management team also acquired the Jeeper brand.
