The differences with the 75cl bottle: The color is deeper (amber-yellow gold); The bubbles are even more delicate; The nose is more powerful and develops roasted aromas, in addition to yellow flowers in potpourri, so it's more expressive; The palate is rounder and more complex, less marked by citrus fruit; The finish seems longer and more serene; There's a one-year difference at disgorgement; It looks like two champagnes from different vintages; This champagne calls for haute gastronomie dishes.
