The lovely, intense fruitiness, provided by the three pinots (blanc, meunier, noir), expresses a complex, floral olfaction, with baked apples and a hint of citrus. On the palate, full-bodied, lively and structured, it delivers perfectly balanced flavors of yellow lemon flesh. The 2 g/l dosage is barely perceptible. A great success with lobster medallions in a fine herb sauce.
