Pale lemon in color with golden highlights, this pretty Symbiose has a nose of fresh straw, yellow fruit and crusty bread. The bubbles are lively and confident, with a fresh, tangy mousse. The palate continues fresh and tangy, with yellow and orange citrus, lively, silky acidity and good intensity. The finish is marked by grapefruit and passion fruit.
