Opaque strawberry-watermelon color with ruby highlights. Aromas of skin and crushed red anthocyanin tannins combine with a nose full of red fruit. The bubbles are chalky and mineral, with a crisp, fresh mousse. On the palate, with black fruits, this wine is fresh, vinous and elegant. A gastronomic champagne to drink at the table.
