This Cuvée Douceur lives up to its name: right from the nose, it offers a sweetness of baked apples, sugar candy, vine peaches and candied fruit, but also an enticing, comforting character. The liqueur is full-bodied and smooth, underlined by beautiful bubbles. The finish, however, lacks balance and is a little abrupt.
