A straw-orange color with orange highlights. Fresh, cooked citrus aromas (with aniseed and spices) develop on the nose, followed by tangy stone fruits (plum, mirabelle plum). The bubbles are airy and powerful, with a chalky mousse. On lime, the palate is supple and tangy with good freshness, taut and mineral, creamy and crisp at the same time, balanced and long, with good intensity and elegance.
