This cuvée, from a single plot in Ambonnay, is grandiose. Right from the nose, we enter another dimension, with scents of marzipan and orange. On the palate, the floral side of old rose and delicate notes of saffron are distilled. The acidity is sublimated by the fullness of the wine, with a roasted touch, flavors of chestnut, then a smoky side... The balance is magical between tension, roundness, power and bitterness. Pair with sweetbreads.
