The nose is very shy at first, but then comes, almost subliminally, aromas of beeswax, ripe yellow fruit (peach, apricot) and a hint of acacia flowers. The palate is more mature, with notes of sweet orange and exotic fruit (mango), while the bubbles are discreet and delicate. A slight bitterness awakens the finish.
