The first aromas are dominated by yellow fruits, fleshy and juicy. More pastry-like notes develop with aeration, reminiscent of warm cookies and hazelnut. On the palate, the substance is intense, just as fleshy as the bouquet, even if the bubbles are discreet. The sensation of hazelnut cookie and dried fruit is repeated, while retaining its freshness. More wine than champagne, but what complexity and generosity. The lingering finish stretches languorously.
