Gault&Millau's review 2022

Pinot meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir blend gracefully with Solera, a perpetual reserve of all the vintages started in 2013. The nose evolves from fresh strawberry to apple; the mouth is surprisingly round with butter notes in finale. This cuvée would pair well with poultry and apple cream sauce.

Dom Caudron
Dom Caudron
Dom Caudron is located in the heart of the Marne Valley and cultivates 136 hectares of vineyards surrounding the village. Pinot Meunier accounts for 80% of the vineyard and is produced in several cuvées, allowing you to discover it in all its forms (white, rosé, old vines, etc.). This 100-member wine cooperative is named after Abbé Dom Caudron, who, in 1929, made a donation to the local winegrowers to help them establish their cooperative. CSR certification was obtained in 2024. The winery welcomes nearly 10,000 visitors per year.
