This golden-colored wine first seduces with its delicate nose, blending citrus fruits, orange, lemon, peach, mango, brioche, vanilla and wild strawberry. On the palate, the fine bubbles bring vivacity and fleshy texture, supported by a mellow woodiness and delicious yellow fruits, balanced by a pleasant acidity. The long finish oscillates between yuzu, cocoa, coffee, salinity and citrus. A well-realized ensemble, perfect with fish en papillote.

Dom Caudron

Champagne Dom Caudron is based in the heart of the Marne Valley, in Passy-Grigny, and cultivates 136 ha of vines. Pinot meunier accounts for 80% of the vineyard, and is available in a range of cuvées to discover it in all its forms (white, rosé, old vines...). The 100-member wine cooperative is named after Abbé Dom Caudron, who in 1929 made a donation to the local winegrowers to create their cooperative. CSR certification was obtained in 2024. The Maison receives almost 10,000 visitors a year for its tours, and also offers culinary experiences.
