This Pinot Meunier, made from vines at least 40 years old, is aged between 5 and 8 months, 10% of which in barrel. The garnet-red color is invitingly deep. Wild strawberry, blackcurrant, peony and licorice delight the nose with elegance and subtlety. The attack on the palate is striking, with a hint of chewiness before this Coteaux Champenois reveals all its power and intensity. Open with a rabbit terrine.
