This 100% pinot meunier ratafia has a brilliant copper color. Fruity aromas of red berries, fig jam and a hint of roasted coffee. Red fruit, strawberry, raspberry and a hint of vanilla return on the palate, enveloped in a sweet but not excessive sweetness. Perfect as an aperitif with Basque goat and ewe cheese.
