The color is a deep gold, with green nuances that speak of youth and freshness. On the nose, floral notes of hawthorn and broom, as well as fruity aromas of citrus, green apple, pear and exotic fruit, add freshness. The attack is both lively and honeyed. Flavors of stewed white fruit are refreshed by fine bubbles well integrated into the material. The zesty finish lends an appetizing edge to this cuvée, which plays on the freshness of chardonnay and the honeyed fruitiness of pinot noir. Open as an aperitif or with poached fish and beurre blanc.
