A fine cuvée, where the mousse first invades the mouth with tenderness and creaminess. The whole is fresh and light, with a certain density of substance and a beautiful bitterness. Notes of sage, butter, brioche and flowers are of great elegance. A remarkable cuvée, neither too exuberant nor too discreet, with the right, precise tone.
