Lulled by the elegance and finesse of grand crus, this special cuvée (produced only from exceptional harvests) leaves no one indifferent. Its lively effervescence features numerous fine bubbles scattered around a pale gold color. The nose offers a palette of white-fleshed fruits, citrus zest, green almonds and chalky notes. The attack on the palate is frank, homogeneous and creamy. Flavors of dried fruit and white pepper follow through to a mineral finish with tactile tension. Enjoy with ginger-glazed duckling fillet and confit leg.
