From the "Matière" sub-parcel of the mono cru, this 3000-bottle cuvée expresses the vintage in all its roundness, dynamism and precision. The fleshiness is convex and particularly fruity with conference pear, green almond and steamed rice. The acidity is integrated with distinction and balance on fine bitters of plum skin and rhubarb. Wait 5 more years or enjoy with a thick fish fillet, such as turbot with watercress and pear cream with white miso.
