Beneath its straw color, the wine shows a slight evolution, which seems quite normal for a 20-year-old vintage, with aromas of hazelnut and waxed wood. There are notes of ripe yellow fruit and dried apricot. On the palate, the creamy bubbles quickly fade, but the light dosage balances out with a fresh, flattering and comforting texture. Between pretty bitters and spices, the finish shows that this wine still has plenty to offer.
