With a low dosage (1 g/l), this rosé has an attractive crushed strawberry color and very fine bubbles. The discreet nose precedes a delicate, vinous palate, with velvety tannins enhanced by the addition of barrel-aged red wine. Digestible and refreshing, this aperitif wine is ideal with salmon gravlax with beet.
