A new plot on the estate, this one facing the setting sun and planted on chalk soil. What iodized freshness on the nose, giving way to notes of ageing! On the palate, there's a thirst-quenching salinity. An airy, crystalline champagne, vinified and dosed with precision. It could be enjoyed now as an aperitif, but it would be wiser to cellar it for another year or two.
