The nose proudly expresses its terroir, dominated by chalky minerality. On the palate, the wine is rich, ripe, sapid and salivating, thanks to the unctuousness provided by the chalk. The minimalist dosage of 1 g/l enhances the crystalline texture. An ambassador for the Aÿ terroir, to be savored on its own merits.
