A dense, creamy mousse conceals a golden color with silver and green highlights, evoking freshness and liveliness. The fine nose reveals aromas of brioche, breadcrumbs, dried fruit (hazelnuts, almonds), reinette, kiwi and white pepper. The attack is supple, with flavors of honey, flowers and citrus.
