A parcel of vines over 60 years old on the Cuis terroir. The wood ageing is evident from the nose, which is sappy and fresh, punctuated by a hint of curry. On the palate, it's a mineral, gourmet sensation. A champagne made for the table, to accompany Indian-style chicken prepared with mild curry, apples and coconut milk.
