This "La Parcelle" cuvée from the 2013 vintage develops a very astonishing nose, offering aromas of chocolate, toast and brioche, followed on aeration by notes of chard pears and attic apples. On the palate, the champagne is complex, lively and vibrant. It changes every second, offering an array of flavors and sensations that leave you wanting more! Superb.

Chevreux-Bournazel

Stéphanie Chevreux and Julien Bournazel handcraft their cuvées from two parcels of Pinot Meunier and two micro-parcels of Chardonnay in the commune of Chierry. Biodynamic (certified in 2015), they make their own potions, use fertilizers from their own herds and plant fruit and vegetables in the vineyard. Braiding tests are also carried out. The wines are generally aged for ten months in barrel, and bottled using traditional tools.
