Bitter orange peel, turmeric root and vine peach: the nose offers a beautiful complexity that retains freshness and gives a feeling of a beautiful early summer morning. On the palate, there are woody and peppery notes, but the freshness of pink citrus fruits awakens the material. The sensation lingers for a very long time, leaving the palate clean for the next sip. A fleshy, taut, persistent wine that calls for poultry or roast lobster.
