Yveline met Alain in 1975 and the adventure began. Champagne Yveline Prat is the fruit of the family's passion for working with vines and wine. This family estate has developed into a champagne producer, harvesting, handling and independent winegrower. Joined by their children, Aurélia and Alexandre, the Prats cultivate 16 ha of vines spread over 10 communes in three major Champagne regions: coteaux du Sézannais and du Petit Morin, côte des Bar and Vallée de la Marne. HVE-certified, the vineyards provide a wide range of aromas for blending champagnes. Enthusiasts are welcome to come and taste and discover the modern winery, or buy directly online.

Tous les deux issus de familles vigneronnes, Yveline et Alain Prat élaborent leur propre champagne en s’installant à Vert-Toulon, dans la Marne. Ils démarrent avec 1 hectare de vigne en location. Tout en s’agrandissant, ils créent en 2002 les champagnes Georges de la Chapelle, issus des meilleures grappes pendant la vendange. Désormais, la nouvelle génération, Aurélia et Alexandre, travaille 41 parcelles avec les trois cépages champenois et également quelques pieds de petit meslier dans la côte des Bar, et produit un peu plus de 100000 bouteilles.
