After an initial sensation of reduction, the nose evokes dry wood, sweet potato, strawberry purée, redcurrant and clementine juice. The palate is cheerful and dynamic, reminiscent of a Provence rosé with its grapefruit thiols and discreet but invigorating bubbles. A summery touch before a taut finish. All that's missing is a langoustine tartare or a simple pizza.
